New Moon Cafe, Burlington Vermont
"a piece of brooklyn" is what i think of when i step into New Moon Cafe.
maybe it's the exposed brick or dramatic chandeliers?
one thing is for sure, there is no place like it in burlington.
spacious, cozy and i like to make it my office outside of my home office.
a full vegan menu, gormet coffee and impressive catering menu, new moon offers more
than just a cafe on the corner.
they have a spacious back room for events and weddings and of course
they make all their food on site, including their popular cupcakes and creative cakes.

lattes are always my go-to when i step in here, but after photographing some of the food and having the opportunity to sample, i am completely obsessed with the Macro Bowl - though i'm not vegan it's DELICIOUS and huge and their homemade maple tahini dressing is amazing!
